Hex → Ember → Combust

Crowd clear
  1. Hex Mark on lead enemy
  2. Drop Ember Trail through the pack
  3. Combust to detonate all stacks

Roughly one-shots any non-elite room. Mana cost ~90 — pair with Mana Regen jokers.

Frost → Glacial Lance

Sniper / elite line-up
  1. Frost Bolt to freeze front target
  2. Glacial Lance pierces the frozen line for 2x damage

Best in canyons and mine tunnels where elites stack up.

Hex → Chain Lightning

Tunnel pack
  1. Hex Mark on the densest target
  2. Chain Lightning hops to 5 enemies

Doubles damage on wet enemies — drop Frost first if you have mana.

Ward → Mend → Cleanse

Save the tank
  1. Ward bubble onto downed-state risk
  2. Mend over time
  3. Cleanse to strip snake DoT

Standard support rotation in boss phase 2.

Dash → Holy Pulse

Self-revive panic
  1. Dash through enemies for invuln
  2. Holy Pulse to heal yourself + stagger melee

Combo Theory: Mana Math

Every combo above is balanced around the baseline 200 mana pool. With one rank of Mana Regen and the Hexshot Revolver on hit, you can usually re-cast a 90-mana combo every 6–8 seconds. That is the rhythm you build a deck around.
